Ciments Francais 出價5.5億美金購買埃及國有Suez水泥公司65.9%的股權(quán)。 Ciments Francais 公司已經(jīng)持有Suez公司34.1%的股權(quán)。
Suez水泥公司是埃及最大的水泥公司，占有埃及22%的市場份額。去年，該公司三條現(xiàn)代化廠的產(chǎn)量是800萬噸， 經(jīng)營利潤是4600 萬美金，銷售額是18600萬美金，2004年的利潤顯著增加。

Ciments Français bids 550 mln usd for Egypt's Suez Cement
Ciments Francais has launched a 550 mln usd bid to buy the Egyptian government's 65.9 pct share in Suez Cement.
Ciments Francais already owns 34.1 pct of Suez Cement．
Suez is Egypt's biggest cement maker, controls around 22 pct of the Egyptian market. Last year, it produced 8 million tons of cement from three modern plants and generated an operating profit of $46 million on sales of $186 million. A "significant" profits improvement was expected in 2004.
